Whether you prefer the homely environment of a host family, or are looking for complete independence in a Halls of Residence,, our programmes offer you the perfect accommodation that is right for you.

Depending on your choice of college you can choose either a welcoming local host family or stay with a group of fellow students in halls of residence.  Our admissions team will be happy to help explain the differences and help you choose the right college location.

Host Family

Living with a host family is a unique way to experience the British culture.

Students live as a member of the family, sharing family meals and taking part in family life and activities.

Living with a host family is a great option for students who enjoy living in a family environment, and who want to practice their English, learn about the British way of life – and learn how to make a perfect cup of tea!

Some families may choose to host another student, providing a great opportunity for students to learn about other cultures and languages, and to make international friends. All host families are carefully screened by experienced support staff, and must complete criminal record checks.

Halls of Residence

Halls of residence are the perfect environment for making new friends and developing your independence.

The Halls are usually located very close to the college and facilities include fully equipped communal kitchen, laundry room and common room including tv and some cases, snooker/pool table.

In most cases, students each receive their own individual room which includes a desk and wardrobes.

Additional facilities within the halls of residence include free WiFi and internet access, TV point and onsite security officer or warden.
